fix(render): stale-backend errors, CROSSPLANE_DOCKER_NETWORK for every engine - #477
Small fixes and extension points in pkg/render's engine flags and engines.
Why
--crossplane-docker-network could only be set on the command line, so a CI environment couldn't set the render network once for every command.
--crossplane-binary and --crossplane-docker-network were mutually exclusive. Once the network can come from an env var, kong counts an exported variable as "set", so the xor would reject --crossplane-binary whenever the variable is in the environment.
When the configured crossplane image or binary is too old to have crossplane internal render, callers had no way to tell that apart from a pipeline failure.
The network/binary xor is gone. The local binary engine ignores the network; EngineFlags.AfterApply prints warning: --crossplane-docker-network is ignored with --crossplane-binary only when the flag was passed explicitly. A value that comes only from the env var gives no warning. The flag help now reads: "The docker network to start the crossplane container in (also $CROSSPLANE_DOCKER_NETWORK). Ignored with --crossplane-binary."
ErrStaleRenderBackend: the Docker and local engines wrap errors whose stderr has kong's unexpected argument internal so they match errors. Is(err, render.ErrStaleRenderBackend). The error message is unchanged.
CrossplaneImageFromFlags is now exported.
The --session-id help is ${session_id_help=<current text>}, so a command embedding EngineFlags can override it with set:. render xr and render op show the same text as before.
ErrStaleRenderBackend, CrossplaneImageFromFlags and the session_id_help override have no callers on main yet. #436 (crossplane project simulate) uses all three: it reports or retries stale backends, resolves the render image the same way render does, and sets its own session-id help.
Testing
New pkg/render/engine_flags_test.go: where the network value comes from (flag, env, flag over env), binary + network accepted, and the warning only for an explicitly passed flag.
engine_docker_test.go and engine_local_test.go: a stale-backend case that still matches after more wrapping, plus a negative check on an ordinary failure, for both engines.

Walkthrough
The render engines now classify errors associated with the “unexpected argument internal” stderr signature. Engine flags accept Docker-network configuration with binary rendering, and expose the Docker image resolution helper.
The local and Docker render engines classify errors when stderr contains “unexpected argument internal.” Tests verify ErrStaleRenderBackend matching through an additional error-wrapping layer.
Docker-network and binary flags pkg/render/engine.go, pkg/render/engine_flags_test.go
The Docker-network flag reads CROSSPLANE_DOCKER_NETWORK. Binary rendering keeps the network value and warns when the flag was explicitly set on the command line. CrossplaneImageFromFlags is exported.
The change appears mergeable; the tests should use the repository’s required error wrapper.

Explanation
The pull request changes only files under pkg/render/. The authoritative diff contains no changes under apis/** or cmd/**, so it cannot remove or rename public fields or flags, add required public fields or flags, or remove behavior in those paths.
Full details: Feature Gate Requirement
Explanation
No apis/** files are changed. The six changed files are limited to pkg/render and tests. The implementation adds render error classification, CROSSPLANE_DOCKER_NETWORK support, and binary-mode warning behavior, but it does not introduce an experimental feature or any feature-gate implementation requirement identified in the repository. This check therefore passes.

…y engine
--crossplane-docker-network now also reads CROSSPLANE_DOCKER_NETWORK.
--crossplane-binary no longer excludes the network flag, since kong counts
an exported env var as set; the binary engine ignores the network and warns
when the flag itself was passed.
Render errors from a backend that predates `crossplane internal render` now
match ErrStaleRenderBackend with errors.Is. CrossplaneImageFromFlags is
exported, and the --session-id help is interpolated as ${session_id_help}
so commands embedding EngineFlags can override it.

Could you use errors.Wrap(err, "caller") here? The test already imports that package. The change keeps the wrapped-sentinel check and follows the repository rule. Thanks for testing the caller-wrapped case.
As per path instructions: “Use crossplane-runtime/pkg/errors for wrapping.”

Review comment at @pkg/render/engine_local_test.go at line 249:
Replace the fmt.Errorf wrapping of err in this test with
crossplane-runtime/pkg/errors.Wrap, using “caller” as the context. Keep the
wrapped-sentinel check and the caller-wrapped test case unchanged.
Could you use errors.Wrap(err, "caller") here too? The test already imports that package. This keeps the wrapped-sentinel check consistent with the required wrapper. Thanks for covering the Docker path.

Update the Docker test’s wrapping of err to use the already-imported
crossplane-runtime/pkg/errors.Wrap with the "caller" context, keeping the
wrapped-sentinel check consistent.
