Escapement is an open-source protocol emulator ASIC for IHP's SG13CMOS5L process through Tiny Tapeout.
Its line unit does USB low-speed line coding in hardware, and the firmware `firmware/usb_hid.asm` makes the chip a USB HID boot keyboard.
The hardware (RTL) and the firmware are Apache-2.0.
