Requesting PID 1209:E5CA for Escapement, an open-source protocol emulator ASIC for IHP SG13CMOS5L through Tiny Tapeout.

• USB device: the chip's line unit does USB low-speed line coding in hardware; firmware/usb_hid.asm makes it a USB HID boot keyboard.
