Discourage Fresh for new projects while preserving 2.x support - #1341
Deno's team will stop developing the Deno runtime after another year of bug fixes and security updates, and Fresh's non-Deno runtime support is not yet released or stable enough for this integration and its example. Fedify will keep @fedify/fresh supported throughout 2.x, but new projects should not start on Fresh. Removal is tentatively planned for 3.0.0 in #1326, and may be reconsidered if Fresh ships stable support that lets Fedify run and test the integration and its example on another runtime.
How
The warning appears in docs/manual/integration.md, packages/fresh/README.md, and examples/fresh/README.md, with links to the Deno announcement, the Fresh announcement, and #1326. The module and its exported functions also carry @deprecated JSDoc, and the first call to integrateFetchOptions() or integrateHandler() emits a one-time LogTape warning. A shared flag prevents the warning from firing twice when integrateHandler() calls integrateFetchOptions() internally. Tests in packages/fresh/src/mod.test.ts cover both entry points.
fedify init has no Fresh choice on this branch, so there is no initializer label to change. The commit records that finding instead of adding a Fresh option only to show a warning.
Runtime behavior is unchanged apart from the warning.
Fedify keeps supporting `@fedify/fresh` throughout the 2.x series, but
Fresh is no longer a good recommendation for new projects: Deno's team
will end its own runtime development after another year of fixes, and
`@fedify/fresh` targets Fresh 2.x, which runs on Deno. Fresh has
announced non-Deno runtime support for Fresh 3, but it is not yet a
released, stable basis for the integration and its example.
Add the same warning to the Fresh manual section, the package README,
and the example README, linking the Deno announcement, the Fresh
announcement, and the tentative removal plan. The notice says removal
in Fedify 3.0.0 is tentative and may be reconsidered if Fresh gains
stable support that lets Fedify run and test the integration and its
example on a non-Deno runtime.
Mark the `@fedify/fresh` module and its exported functions as
deprecated in their JSDoc so editors and JSR documentation surface the
recommendation. The tag text still states that the integration is
supported throughout 2.x and that removal in 3.0.0 is tentative and
may be reconsidered. Although fedify-dev#1327 asks for documentation warnings,
the tags carry the same recommendation to editor and API-documentation
users.
Emit a one-time LogTape warning when either exported function is first
called. A shared flag keeps the warning from firing again when
`integrateHandler()` uses `integrateFetchOptions()` internally. Add
tests for both entry points and declare the LogTape dependency for the
Fresh package.
`fedify init` has no Fresh framework choice on this branch, so there is
no initializer label to change. Per the issue, record that finding
rather than adding a Fresh option solely to display a warning.
The integration behavior is otherwise unchanged, and no example code
changed. Verified with `mise run check:md`, `sacho check`,
`mise run check-each fresh`, `mise run test-each fresh`, and
`mise run docs:build`; the rendered manual shows the warning and all
three links. The changelog fragment currently references only the
issue; add the pull request number with `sacho resolve-links` when a
pull request is opened.

Walkthrough
The Fresh integration remains supported throughout Fedify 2.x. Its exported functions are marked deprecated and emit a one-time warning. The changelog and documentation describe tentative removal in Fedify 3.0.0 and a condition for reconsidering that plan.

Summary
Warning behavior and tests packages/fresh/src/mod.ts, packages/fresh/src/deprecation.ts, packages/fresh/deno.json, packages/fresh/src/mod.test.ts
Both exported functions call a shared warning helper. The helper logs once when warning-level logging is enabled. Tests verify warning behavior for repeated integrateFetchOptions() calls and an integrateHandler() call.

Explanation
The changes satisfy the coding requirements in #1327. The manual, package README, and example README state continued Fedify 2.x support, discourage Fresh for new projects, and describe the conditional Fedify 3.0.0 removal plan. The notices link to the Fresh announcement and #1326. The Fresh module and both exported functions carry deprecation JSDoc. The functions emit a one-time warning through warnFreshDeprecated(). The supplied change summary reports tests for both entry points and delayed logging configuration. The PR also records that fedify init has no Fresh choice. Existing function signatures and integration behavior remain unchanged apart from the warning.

The changes remain within #1327. The LogTape dependency, deprecation helper, JSDoc, tests, changelog entries, and change note support the requested Fresh warning and deprecation policy. No unrelated initializer option or product behavior was added.

Replace the relative "after another year" wording with an absolute
October 2027 date, so the notice stays clear as releases age. Apply the
same wording to the manual and both Fresh READMEs.

Only set the warned flag when LogTape can actually emit the warning, so
it still appears if logging is configured after the first call. Make
the integrateHandler() test assert the warning at creation and confirm
that invoking the middleware does not warn again. Add a regression test
for the delayed sink configuration.

Check that the logger exposes isEnabledFor() before calling it, so a
Fresh application that loads a LogTape 1.x logger can still start and
emit the warning fallback.
