The 1.10.1 entry told readers to use v1.10.1, but v1.10.0 to v1.10.2 never got their sub-module tags. v1.10.3 is the first complete release of this code, so the entry names it and says to pin every module there.

The changelog's 1.10.1 entry says "Use this one", but v1.10.1 and v1.10.2 stopped short the same way v1.10.0 did: root tag only, no sub-module tags. v1.10.3 is the first release with
api, extension, mcpbridgeand the rest tagged, and the proxy resolves them. This renames the entry to 1.10.3, tells you to pin the root and every sub-module at v1.10.3, and lists the two release workflow changes (60-minute race tests and the
skip-testsinput). The Go code is the same as v1.10.0;git diff v1.10.0 v1.10.3touches only CI, AGENTS.md and this file.
