Add a step to run several setup commands in a single process - #400
Many scenarios create their fixtures with a series of When I run steps before the actual test, and each of these loads WordPress in a new process. Given these setup commands: runs a table of WP-CLI commands in a single process instead. Output can still be saved into variables, and later commands in the same table can use them.
Scenario authors can run multiple setup commands in a shared process and reuse values saved by earlier commands. Setup commands run in order, and the scenario reports failures when a command does not succeed or saved output is missing or invalid.
Scenarios can verify that changes made during setup persist, that commands share the same process, and that configuration values are written as expected.

Walkthrough
The change adds a Behat step for running multiple setup commands through one WordPress process. It supports saving command output for later commands and scenario steps. A new scenario checks saved post data, matching process IDs, and a WordPress configuration constant.
The Behat step collects commands and optional save names. FeatureContext prepares and runs commands sequentially through one wp eval-file process, then makes saved output available for later commands and scenario steps. The scenario checks saved post data, matching process IDs, and a config constant.

FeatureContext-->>BehatTable: expose saved values to the scenario
The new batched setup step can wrongly reject valid commands whose argument values contain option-like text. It can also miss unsupported options introduced through saved variables. These edge cases affect only test authors and have workarounds, so the change is mergeable with follow-up fixes.

Explanation
Issue #378 requires a setup step that runs multiple WP-CLI commands in one process and saves output for later commands. given_these_setup_commands() reads the command and optional save columns. run_commands_in_single_process() runs commands in order in one process, stores named output, and resolves saved variables for later commands. The added @require-wp scenario verifies saved post data, variable reuse, and matching process IDs.

Resolve {WP_VERSION-...} placeholders in batch commands.
The batch step accepts wp commands that can use the repository's supported WordPress-version placeholders. Its preparation callback matches only standard variable names, so {WP_VERSION-latest} remains literal. A row such as wp eval 'echo "{WP_VERSION-latest}";' can therefore output the placeholder instead of the resolved version.
The {INVOKE_WP_CLI_WITH_PHP_ARGS-...} form is not applicable here because this step requires every command to start with wp , while that placeholder expands to an external WP-CLI invocation prefix.

Check parsed options, not text inside argument values.
A valid row such as wp post create --post_title="Support --url=example" matches this expression and is rejected. Parse the command arguments and check option names instead of scanning the raw command.

Reject unsupported options after saved values are substituted.
The guard runs before Line 1719 substitutes batch variables. A row that saves --url=https://example.com/sub as OPTIONS, followed by wp {OPTIONS} post list, bypasses the guard. The command can then run against the already-loaded site instead of the requested site. Validate the expanded command before executing each row.
