Eliminate size constraints on keys - #701

Add native blob-key encoding, configurable lexical prefixes, compact/wide statistics, and large-key support through trunk pivots, logging, recovery, and the public API. Refactor blob ownership and mini-allocator traversal, and preserve the optimized inline-key paths. Retain tests, benchmark tools, design rationale, and summary reports. Generated benchmark measurements stay local and are ignored.
