Reference Packages

Did the content of this pull request follow one or more existing packages? Answering is optional.

What carried over from the reference(s)?

  • package structure, documentation, examples, benchmarks, and tests from stats/incr/mmeanabs
  • the thin NaN-skipping wrapper pattern (and the approach to testing NaN handling) from stats/incr/nanmmean

What differed, or what did you have to work out yourself?

  • updated the tests from stats/incr/mmeanabs to interleave NaN values and replaced the NaN propagation tests with tests verifying that NaN values are ignored.
