Documents behavior of cre workflow
simulate that was not covered, based on testing with CLI v1.39.0.

Changes:

• Add --wasm and --http-trigger-port to the simulate reference, with examples.
• Add a "Simulating with a pre-built binary" section, and a build-once section in Custom WASM Builds.
• Expand Listen mode: request format (POST /trigger with an input field), empty 200 response, one run at a time, the 30-second default HTTP trigger
  limit (and --limits none), and error behavior.
• Fix the listen mode curl example in Testing HTTP Triggers in Simulation, and state that the simulator compiles once at startup.
• Add a comparison of the local listener and the deployed gateway.
• Add notes that cre-http-trigger and --listen both default to port 2000 but do different things.

Please confirm with the CLI team: the engine-level error behavior in listen mode, the 97-character limit on a local --wasm path, and that a
relative --wasm path resolves from the workflow directory.
