Tone fills (yellow-950, blue-950, red-950) read as heavy or rust-colored in dark. Use an elevated neutral surface plus a 3px tone accent bar for tone asides, the RateLimitBucket status box, and the CCIP wallet warning. Aside and rate-limit tones now use blocks' theme-aware progress/success/warning/error tokens.

This pull request focuses on improving the consistency and maintainability of color and theme usage across the codebase, especially by replacing hardcoded color values with CSS variables. It also introduces a new development-only integration for a component gallery and makes some minor refactoring for theme handling. These changes will make it easier to update themes in the future and ensure a more cohesive user experience.
Theme & Color Variable Refactoring:
Replaced hardcoded color values (e.g.,
#ced0d5,#1a2b6b,#eef2ff, etc.) across multiple components and CSS files with semantic CSS variables such as--border,--foreground,--muted,--color-text-primary, and others, improving maintainability and theming consistency.
