🤖 Prepare Java 0.3.0 and Rust 0.5.0 for publication.
Update Java Maven coordinates, CLI version expectations, adapter metadata, and installation examples. Update all five Rust workspace crate versions and exact internal dependencies, refresh the lockfile without changing third-party dependencies, and update installation examples. Move each changelog’s pending entries into a release section dated 2026-11-02.
Validation passed locally:
make lint/java test/java/tools test/java/sqlite check/java/packagewith JDK 21.make lint/rust test/rust doc/rust check/rust/packagewith stable Rust 1.99.1. The local test run covers unit, SQLite, and doc tests; CI covers Postgres 14–18.Both language CI suites, along with the repository’s required checks, must pass before publication.
