epub-title-page was missing from kPandocDefaultsKeys, so a value set in front matter or _quarto.yml was filed under metadata instead of the Pandoc defaults file, and Pandoc kept generating the title page. It only worked as --epub-title-page=false on the command line. Fixes quarto-dev#15201

Description
Fixes #15201.
epub-title-pagewasn't inkPandocDefaultsKeys, sometadataAsFormatfiled it undermetadatainstead ofpandoc. It ended up as document metadata and never reached the Pandoc defaults file, so Pandoc kept writingtitle_page.xhtml. On the command line it worked because--epub-title-page=falseis passed to Pandoc as is.This adds it next to the other
epub-*defaults keys. Pandoc readsepub-title-pagefrom a defaults file. I checked that with the bundled Pandoc 3.10 on its own (-dwithepub-title-page: falsegives no title page).Checked with the reporter's book project (
format: epub: epub-title-page: falsein_quarto.yml):repro.epubno longer containstitle_page.xhtml. It's the same for front matter in a single document.Test:
2026/10/31/issue-15201.qmdrenders an epub withepub-title-page: falsein front matter and asserts thatcontent.opfhas notitle_pageentry. It fails onmainand passes with this change.Checklist
