Updated PG GUI from 0.115.0 to 0.116.0 (on top of #694, merge that first)

apothecary latest now has openFrameworksLibs_latest_vs_2019_64_1/2.zip (and vs_2026_*). Downloads > Core libraries had only "Windows (Visual Studio)", the 2022 packages.

  • new platforms Windows (Visual Studio 2026) and Windows (Visual Studio 2019) (x64): same scripts/vs/download_libs.sh, with --vs2026 / --legacy (OF's script already maps those to the vs_2026_* / vs_2019_64_* packages)
  • only listed for releases that have those packages: latest 2022 / 2026 / 2019, 12.2.0 2022 / 2026, older 2022 only; and only when the OF's scripts/dev/download_libs.sh knows the flag
  • "Windows (Visual Studio)" is now "Windows (Visual Studio 2022)"

Tested on macOS against a copy of OF master's scripts: the dropdown per release as above; Download with Visual Studio 2019 runs ../dev/download_libs.sh -p vs -b -a <host arch> --legacy, which fetches openFrameworksLibs_latest_vs_2019_64_1.zip / _2.zip; --vs2026 fetches the vs_2026_64 / arm64 / arm64ec set.
