docs: move docs to nuxt.com/modules/devtools and update them for v4 - #1144
Flat pages in docs/: index.md (Quick Start), features, composables, upgrading-to-v4, module-authors, utils-kit, ui-kit, module-migration, contributing. Links are written as /modules/devtools/....
devtools.nuxt.com site removed: the Nuxt Content app, landing page and docs/public. Repo links, package homepages and the NDT_DEP_xxxx diagnostics URLs now point to nuxt.com.
Updated for v4: the features page follows the Nuxt group's sections (App, Analyze, Server, Modules, Advanced) plus the Vite DevTools docks, with new v4 screenshots in docs/images/ (the v3 floating-panel screenshots are gone). Also covers Nuxt 5 onboarding (@nuxt/devtools-onboard), the module options, the useNuxtDevTools() ref, and moved/removed tabs.
.github/workflows/pull-preview.yml copied from nuxt/cli: comments a nuxt.com preview link on PRs changing docs/ once they have the preview:enabled label.

v4.0.0 prints devtools.nuxt.com/module/migration-v4#ndt_dep_xxxx in deprecation warnings, so that path needs the redirect.
Noticed, not changed here
The Build Analyze tab looks hidden on Nuxt 4.5+/5: its show() uses satisfyNuxtVersion('^3.5.0') (client/pages/modules/analyze-build.vue). It did not appear in the playground running Nuxt 5.
The module-devtools template of nuxi init still uses the v3 API; the module authors guide points to playgrounds/module-starter instead.
The website of devtools in the nuxt/modules registry still points to devtools.nuxt.com.
The docs are now flat pages in docs/, hosted by nuxt.com under
/modules/devtools. The devtools.nuxt.com site (Nuxt Content app,
landing page) is removed, and links across the repo, including the
NDT_DEP diagnostics URLs, point to nuxt.com.
The pages are updated for v4: features regrouped by the Nuxt group's
sections with fresh v4 screenshots in docs/images/, Nuxt 5 onboarding,
the module options, and the docks that moved to Vite DevTools and
devframes plugins.
pull-preview.yml (from nuxt/cli) comments nuxt.com previews on PRs
changing docs/.

Walkthrough
The standalone documentation app and its content setup are removed. New Markdown pages cover installation, features, composables, and contribution guidance. Existing guides and repository references are updated to use Nuxt modules URLs and describe DevTools v4 information. A GitHub Actions workflow is added to call a preview-comment workflow for qualifying documentation pull requests.
The Nuxt 4 upgrade and nightly instructions may not work with pnpm 11 or later. Verify the overrides before merging.

Review comments at @docs/index.md:
- Around line 116-119: Update the Nuxt 5 documentation around the
@nuxt/devtools-nightly installation instructions to clarify that installing the
package alone does not override an explicit @nuxt/devtools entry; tell users to
replace that entry in their Nuxt configuration with @nuxt/devtools-nightly.
- Around line 50-57: Update both override examples in the documentation to use
`pnpm-workspace.yaml` syntax, placing `overrides` at the top level instead of
under the `pnpm` package.json field. Preserve the existing stable and nightly
DevTools version specifications.
Review comments at @README.md:
- Line 49: Update the Nuxt 5 installation guidance in the README to state that
Nuxt 5 ships with @nuxt/devtools-onboard, and users install DevTools through the
provided button or their package manager. Keep the Nuxt 4.5+ guidance unchanged.

* docs: generate the screenshots from a docs playground
pnpm docs:screenshots runs tests/docs-screenshots, a Playwright spec on
the e2e fixtures: it opens each DevTools tab of playgrounds/docs (a
small shop with pages, components, server routes, a task and a storage
mount), puts it in the state the docs show, captures the Vite DevTools
panel and writes docs/images/<tab>.webp.
The docs-screenshots workflow runs it from the Actions tab and opens a
pull request when the images changed. The features page gets the six
new screenshots (payload, runtime configs, timeline, server routes,
server tasks, storage).

* docs: widen the timeline screenshot
The product API now takes 600ms, so useFetch spans its route segment,
and the spec zooms the timeline in before capturing it. The segments
were at their 50px minimum, cutting off the function names.
