The rest of the openkal 0.17.1 round.

• openkal-linux 0.18.2 — the stop handler wakes the stop word as a private futex, as kal_task_wait waits; a context waiting upon the word with no bound is woken by a request. Before, a program that ends at a request by waiting for it (mcpplibs.os interrupt::wait, mcpp's watcher thread) did not end.
• openkal-musl 0.22.1, openkal-llvm-runtime 0.16.1 — move to openkal 0.17.1 and its implementations. The family pins versions exactly; an ok image whose graph holds mcpplibs.os 0.2.0 and openkal-musl 0.22.0 carries two openkal versions, and the mangled second copy of openkal-musl did not build.

The openkal and openkal-musl test members move with them. GLOBAL is the GitHub tag archive, CN the GitCode mcpp-res mirror; the sha256 of both was compared before the entries were written.
