Adds mcpplibs.os 0.1.1 (release, from mcpplibs/os#4). It is a patch release: names reach the system as UTF-8 on every host, never through the ANSI code page.

On Windows, 0.1.0 had two faults:

  • a name the code page could not spell ended the program (0xC0000409);
  • a name it could spell reached openkal, which reads UTF-8, as ANSI bytes.

The new descriptor entries use the GitHub tag archive (c5abfb62…, stable across downloads), as 0.1.0's do. The CN mirror is left to a maintainer with mcpp-res access.

The tests/examples/os consumer moves to 0.1.1 and now also writes and reads a file whose name is not ASCII.

Here, with mcpp 2026.10.26.1 and GLOBAL:

  • bash tests/run_members.sh os is ok;
  • mcpp xpkg parse and the Lua lint checks pass.

The patch release of mcpplibs/os#4. On Windows, 0.1.0 narrowed names through
the ANSI code page: a name it could not spell ended the program, and one it
could spell reached openkal (which reads UTF-8) wrongly. The tests/examples/os
consumer moves to 0.1.1 and writes and reads a file whose name is not ASCII.
