Summary

The Linux jobs fail in the shared free-disk-space composite action on the Ubuntu 26.04 runner image (ubuntu-26.04, 20261025.179.1), before any build step runs:

E: Unable to locate package powershell
##[error]Process completed with exit code 100.

On Ubuntu 26.04 the runner image installs PowerShell from a GitHub release tarball into /opt/microsoft/powershell/7, because the Microsoft apt repo has no pwsh build for 26.04 yet (see install-powershell.sh in actions/runner-images). There is no powershell apt package, and apt-get purge aborts on any name it cannot locate. A regex such as '^powershell.*' fails the same way when nothing matches.

This PR:

  • removes 'powershell' from the apt-get purge list
  • adds sudo rm -rf /opt/microsoft/powershell 2>/dev/null || true next to the existing Android SDK and .NET cleanups, so the space is still reclaimed

Failing runs

Unblocks #451.

The Ubuntu 26.04 runner image installs pwsh from a GitHub release
tarball into /opt/microsoft/powershell/7, because the Microsoft apt
repo has no 26.04 build yet. There is no powershell apt package, so
apt-get purge aborted with exit code 100 and every Linux job failed
before the build started.

Drop the entry from the purge list and remove the tarball directory
alongside the other rm -rf cleanups to keep reclaiming that space.
