Doc review: CLI and Helm reference for v2.53.0

The new client_reference/kosli_get_evaluation page is listed in config/navigation.json under kosli get. The rest of the diff in kosli_get_snapshot, kosli_log_environment, kosli_list_*, kosli_get_environment and kosli_diff_snapshots only changes regenerated sample data: timestamps, snapshot indices and durations.

• Issue: This line says --server-side "can't be combined with --show-input". It doesn't mention that v2.53.0 adds a way to see a server-side evaluation's input afterwards: kosli get evaluation --show-input --output json, or --fixture --dir to replay it with stock OPA. Someone debugging a server-side denial will stop at this sentence and never find the new command.
• Recommendation: After that sentence, add a line that links to kosli get evaluation for inspecting or replaying a server-side evaluation's input. Keep the beta caveat that already opens the page.

client_reference/kosli_get_evaluation.md: fix this in kosli-dev/cli → cmd/kosli/getEvaluation.go (long description).

• Issue: The command takes a required EVALUATION-ID, but neither this page nor kosli_evaluate_policy.md says where to find that ID. The examples only use the placeholder yourEvaluationID. Without the ID, a reader can't use the command.
• Recommendation: Add a sentence to the long description saying where the ID comes from, such as the output of kosli evaluate policy / --server-side, or the decision or UI, and show it in the evaluate command's JSON example.
