docs: update mcp server page for org-per-call and v0.7.0 - #483
Removes the retired KOSLI_ORG setting, explains how the assistant picks an organization per call, and adds the 0.7.0 upload and generic-attestation behavior.
Nothing in this PR clears the review bar. The KOSLI_ORG removal covers the whole page: the Claude Code command, the manual Claude Desktop config, the .mcpb tab and the configuration table. The other KOSLI_ORG mentions on the site are about the CLI, not the MCP server, so they should stay as they are. No pages, headings or links were added, moved or renamed.
I could not fetch the kosli-dev/mcp-server releases from this job, so I did not check two claims against upstream: that the .mcpb installer asks for a base URL, and that the server prints a message when KOSLI_ORG is set. A maintainer may want to confirm both against v0.6.0 and v0.7.0.
