Bumps @flaid/devmap to 0.9.0 (devmap mcp). Adds server.json for the MCP Registry, an MCP section in the npm README, mcp keywords, the MCP Registry steps in docs/releasing.md, and moves the unreleased changelog entries under 0.9.0.
