assignTemplates treated false as missing when filling placeholders, which broke SET DEFAULT false in separate FE statements. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
getColumnDefault skipped false because of a truthy check; extend the same handling as assignTemplates. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
