Key Features

  • Update the existing a11y-governance catalog entry from 0.4.3 to 0.4.6 while preserving its ID and recommended priority 40.
  • Package the accepted release-status corrections and clearer German/English improvement profiles.
  • Keep preparation, publication, installation, and human acceptance as separate, evidence-backed states.
  • Preserve WCAG 2.2 AA governance, accessible text/JSON status parity, German-first/equivalent-English delivery, CEFR-B2 readability, inclusive-content rules, and didactic inline-code-comment review.
  • Preserve the project-declared audience and prior-knowledge contract for all four IHK IT occupations, all IT-specialist tracks, and non-specialist developers.
  • Retain the existing commands, templates, model-routing contract, composition strategies, priority, schemas, and authority boundaries. This documentation patch grants no repository, merge, deployment, or provider-administration authority.

Testing Checklist

  • Preset installs successfully via specify preset add
  • Template resolution works correctly after installation
  • Documentation is complete and accurate
  • Tested on at least one real project

Submission Requirements

  • Valid preset.yml manifest included
  • Linked README (Documentation URL) explains how to use this preset and includes a valid specify preset add ... command (preferably specify preset add --from <download-url> using the exact download URL)
  • LICENSE file included
  • GitHub release created with version tag
  • Preset ID follows naming conventions (lowercase-with-hyphens)

Update and validation evidence

This updates the existing catalog entry accepted through #4064. It does not introduce a new preset ID.

  • Stable v0.4.6 release.
  • Merged source PR #9: native reader-path validation succeeded on macOS, Linux, and Windows.
  • Exact checked head: 196454715434351c16a3cf418b61bde6b97451e5; merge and tag commit: 55b88a8d7be6586f5ef54e172742b1eb351bc5fe.
  • Fresh verification on 2026-10-30 with Spec Kit CLI 0.12.11: isolated installation from the submitted tag URL at priority 40, list, info, and model-routing template resolution succeeded.
  • The README contains the exact submitted Download URL in a directly parseable one-line specify preset add --from ... command.
  • The freshly downloaded 30-file tag ZIP passed archive integrity validation. SHA-256: 150cc5c1709d0bc6e9f682badb510922595cd784299ff3d9a9c17389919ec89f.
  • All five shipped JSON evidence/configuration files parsed successfully after installation.
  • Real-project Level-0 rollout evidence: Home Baseline PR #345.
  • Package preparation and validation boundary.

Counts: 11 templates, 3 commands, and no production scripts. Installation starts no accessibility scanner, screen-reader test, review, implementation, deployment, or delivery.
