Wrangler bump breaks Node 20 tests

Bumping wrangler to 4.156.0 pulls in miniflare 5, and both declare engines.node >=22. @sentry/cloudflare unit tests import unstable_readConfig from wrangler and run in the Node 20.19 CI matrix, so that required job fails when the module loads.
