The zone change leaves image uploads and server creation defaulting to region eu01, so requesting zone eu02-2 causes amd64 tests to fail rather than moving them to EU02.

What changed in this PR
Updates STACKIT’s amd64 CI test defaults to use EU02 capacity, while leaving arm64 settings unchanged.
Changes:
- Changes the amd64 machine type from
c2i.2toc3i.2. - Changes the amd64 availability zone from
eu01-2toeu02-2.

Change location and flavor for stackit amd64 tests
Capacity for
amd64is at its limit ineu01datacenters, therefore switch the location toeu02The flavors are different between the two, see https://docs.stackit.cloud/products/compute-engine/server/basics/machine-types-eu02/
As of now, there is no
arm64available ineu02, but it is not out of capacity there.How to use
