Codex users can install pstack from this marketplace and run its workflows with native skills and delegation. Codex and Claude Code packages are generated from the same pstack source.

Related to #537's discovery metadata proposal and the generated harness architecture from #637. Most additions are generated package contents, including the same test fixtures that Claude Code ships. Start review with the source changes outside harness/pstack/.

What's inside:

• Codex discovers pstack through its native marketplace and keeps origin-apps available.
• Skills preserve invocation policies and map delegation, model choices, and help to Codex.
• History lookup handles compressed rollouts and separates chats from subagent sessions.
• The worktree audit detects recent delegated work without exposing other projects' messages.
• CI checks both generated trees, marketplace metadata, history, and the worktree command.

What else:

• Compressed history requires Node 24.22 or later in 24.x, or Node 26.10 or newer.
• Optional TLC checks were skipped locally because TLA2TOOLS is not configured.
• Global installation and update remain untested; package discovery and isolated workflows were checked.
