business-central: set category to finance-and-legal - #1116

Business Central is an ERP covering the general ledger, accounting, invoices, purchasing, and customer/vendor management. The correct marketplace catalog is Finance and Legal (FINANCE_AND_LEGAL), not the generic 'integrations' bucket. Co-authored-by: Danny Jiang <djiang-jq@users.noreply.github.com>
