Stack Encrypt needs shared expectations for runtime values as well as declarations. This adds the experimental record-runtime-v1 profile, executed in native Rust and Go WASI.
Cases cover missing versus explicit null values, SQL-null omission, sealed-null ciphertext lengths and equality, typed batch round trips, source refusals and lossless equality-query conversions. Equal-length checks consider only stored ciphertexts, including mixed and entirely absent SQL-null rows.
Go now returns structured dynamic_source diagnostics for missing and unknown source fields, preserving ErrEncoding wrapping. Every source key is checked even when an omitted SQL-null field makes the row count match the declaration; single-row and late-batch regressions prevent silent drops. Both runners assert semantic code/reason/field values without freezing Go error prose. They validate the same kind/null-policy vocabulary. Each refused source row contains one independent fault; the contract does not specify precedence between multiple faults.
Native counters check that invalid batches make no data-key calls and successful batches make one generation/retrieval call when ciphertext is stored. The runner reuses one cipher and resets counters per case. Shared helpers handle output extraction and diagnostic assertions. Existing generated SDK, EQL and wider type/operator tests remain intact.
Validation: all three profiles and fresh scalar Go-to-Rust exchange pass; the full Go encrypt/internal-record suites, Rust clippy/formatting, Go lint and CI wiring checks pass. The SQL-null/unknown-field regressions failed before the fix and pass afterward. No live credentials or database required.

Walkthrough
Adds the record-runtime-v1 profile with shared record, null, batch, equality-query, and numeric-conversion cases. Rust and Go tests execute the corpus, and the conformance task now runs both runtime test suites.

Defines runtime cases and expected behavior for records, null policies, batches, equality queries, refusals, and lossless numeric conversions. Documents runner coverage and stated limits.
Adds shared test helpers and corpus-driven runtime checks. Tests cover sealing, queries, refusals, round trips, and data-key call counts.
Go runtime execution and diagnostics languages/golang/encrypt/conformance_test.go, languages/golang/encrypt/records.go, languages/golang/encrypt/runtime_conformance_test.go
Adds Go runtime checks and float64 input parsing. Source-row errors now expose structured diagnostics, and Seal preserves the encoding error chain.

cipherstash/stack#1393 — The shared runtime cases cover related record values and equality terms in Rust and Go; Python execution remains pending.
cipherstash/stack#1145 — The profile tests typed values, null policies, batch round trips, and lossless equality-query conversions.
cipherstash/stack#1392 — The profile defines and tests related value validation, null handling, type preservation, and round trips; Python runner coverage remains pending.

cipherstash/stack#1460 — Adds the shared conformance runners and CI flow that this PR extends with runtime cases.
The runtime profile needs a SQL-null unknown-field case and a correction to its documented boolean support. These are bounded conformance gaps rather than newly introduced production failures; merging requires owner awareness and follow-up.

Result: no new findings. No critical or blocking issues.
Reviewed runtime_conformance.rs, runtime_conformance_test.go, scripts/stack-conformance.sh, the shared common/conformance.rs helper, and the CI wiring test.
The code-review pass found no defects the 7 open review threads don't already cover.
Those 7 threads (the equal_lengths panic on unstored rows, the Go-wording assertion, missing Go null/kind validation, duplicated helpers, a cipher built per case, hard-coded case counts, and sorted row keys) are the only issues I found. They remain unresolved, and I have nothing to add to them.
The equal_lengths panic (runtime_conformance.rs:184) is the one I'd fix before merge. It makes the Rust and Go runners disagree on a case the contract allows.
No changeset is needed: this is test, docs and tooling only.

Compare stored lengths after SQL-null omission, preserve structured source diagnostics at the Go boundary, and share output and refusal assertions.
Refs #1461
An omitted SQL-null field can make an extra key leave the row count
unchanged. Validate every source key before encoding so Seal cannot
silently discard it. Add shared single-row and late-batch regressions.
