fix(staged): let mobile keyboards auto-capitalize the new project name - #1008

Conversation
On iPhone, typing a project name in the New Project form never capitalized the first letter, unlike other text fields in the app. Root cause: the Name input in NewProjectForm.svelte explicitly set autocapitalize="off" (added alongside autocorrect/spellcheck opt-outs in the UI polish pass), which tells iOS and Android keyboards to suppress auto-capitalization entirely. The shared Input component adds no such attribute, so the suppression was local to this one field. Switch the attribute to autocapitalize="sentences" so the native keyboard capitalizes the first letter of the title. The value is not touched in JS; autocorrect and spellcheck stay off since the field also accepts pasted GitHub URLs. Other fields that legitimately disable autocapitalize (branch picker, subpath, repo search, action commands) are unchanged.
