Stop hard-coding agentloop-tools version compatibility in the README - #19

Conversation
The PyPI page freezes the README at release time, so a version list goes stale as soon as agentloop-tools widens its range. Point to the tools README, which lists the supported versions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

What
Removes the "works with agentloop 0.4 and 0.5" version list from the README's Documentation section.
Why
PyPI renders the README as it was at release time. The 0.6.0 page already says tools 0.1.x supports only 0.4 and 0.5, while 0.1.2 also supports 0.6. A hard-coded list goes stale whenever agentloop-tools widens its range.
Changes
README.md: the sentence now points to the agentloop-tools README for supported agentloop versions. No code or version changes, so no release is needed; it ships with the next one.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
