Supersedes the Dependabot PR apache#9119. setup-node v7 is a major release (ESM migration, dependency upgrades, no dummy NODE_AUTH_TOKEN export). Also trigger the config-ui workflow when the workflow file itself changes. Before, its `paths: config-ui/**` filter meant that a change to config-ui.yml (like this bump) never ran the job it modifies, so the action upgrade went untested in CI. Takes over the Dependabot bump in #9119 (
actions/setup-node6 → 7), whichhas been open since September and is 114 commits behind
main..github/workflows/config-ui.yml:actions/setup-node@v6→@v7. This isthe only use of
setup-nodein the repo..github/workflows/config-ui.ymlto thepathsfilter.So far the workflow only ran for
config-ui/**changes, so a PR that editsthe workflow itself never ran it. build(deps): bump actions/setup-node from 6 to 7 #9119 has 14 green checks, but none of them
executed
setup-node@v7. With this change theconfig-uijob runs on thisPR and on future action bumps.
