This PR was created by beam_Upgrade_Google_Ads_Version.yml. It upgrades com.google.api-ads:google-ads from API v25 to API v26.

Please enable the workflow checks to run.

Please review the changes and merge if all tests pass. If failures happen, please try to update this PR (and the workflow automation, if broken) to resolve them, or reach out to dev@beam.apache.org for assistance.

Google Ads API versions are deprecated and sunsetted on a rolling ~12-month schedule, after which requests to sunsetted versions fail at runtime and break GoogleAdsIO. This workflow upgrades the version as new releases come out (roughly every three months) to prevent deprecation breakage.

Previous issues where this caused user impact: #37618 and #32241.
