Backward compatibility for client features #191

📝 Description of the feature

As a user, I want to see the same behavior for features both in client and remote rendering mode.

The first client implementation of VISOR had some features implemented directly on the client (such as the picking for part/element selection). This does not extend in the remote rendering configuration.

This feature collects all such work.

Reimplement the feature so it behaves the same in the two configurations.

Acceptance Criteria

All children USes are closed. Client and remote configurations of VISOR have the same behavior from a user prospective.
