Changes

• Upgrade asgiref, certifi, django-auth-ldap, django-guardian, markdown, odfdo, pyasn1, pydantic, python-dateutil, pytz, setuptools and xlsxwriter
• Pin tzdata, a new python-dateutil 3.0.0 dependency
• Replace dateutil.parser with datetime.fromisoformat in DateFieldFilterSelect
• Replace clamd with a standard library ClamAV client in dejacode_toolkit/clamav.py
• Replace xlsxwriter with openpyxl in the report xlsx export
• Escape control characters and keep formula-like values as text in xlsx cells
• Replace aboutcode-toolkit with a minimal ABOUT file serializer in dejacode_toolkit/aboutcode.py
• Remove clamd, xlsxwriter, aboutcode-toolkit, attrs, Jinja2 and markupsafe from dependencies and thirdparty/dist
