Declare ContainerBrowser export and image-detection helpers - #8680

Adds exportItem() for saving an extracted container item to disk, and detectImageFormat() for sniffing extracted items that are images so the UI can label and preview them.
Needed to show both the image thumbnail and metadata text at once.
