Pin farm.query.haybarn:haybarn_jdbc 2.0.0-rc9 (engine haybarn-v2.0.0-rc9) for the embedded expression-filter evaluator, and update CLAUDE.md to name the rc9 artifact. rc9 adds engine APIs and bumps HAYBARN_ABI_VERSION to 2; the client-facing JDBC API is unchanged.
