Summary

• preserve the existing formatter recommendation in the OSBv1 tutorial guide
• add JSONViewerTool JSON Formatter as another browser-based option for editing the tutorial JSON file

I am affiliated with JSONViewerTool as its maker. The added resource is directly relevant to the existing formatting step; maintainers retain full editorial discretion.
