Moves the ReaderWriterLockSlim sample to net10.0 with MSTest 4.5.1, Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk 18.11.0 and coverlet.collector 10.1.0, switches the lock field to System.Threading.Lock, reads the random index inside the upgradeable lock in ReadOrAdd, adds an AsyncPitfall class that shows ExitWriteLock failing after an await (printed by Program.cs), and adds three tests for the recursion policy and the read-to-write upgrade.
