Fixes #1987

What changed

  • Updated the documentation checker's tool-name matcher to recognize
context, impact, link, path, and tests.
  • Updated its expected server tool set to those five tools.
  • Corrected both README MCP tool counts from four to five.
  • Corrected release-validation coverage to six language engines,
    including HTML/CSS.
  • Bumped the release version to 0.2.1 using the repository's version helper.

Recognizing context lets the checker associate source=True with context,
rather than with the preceding tests tool.

Why the goldens moved, or why they did not

No golden files moved. This change updates documentation and its checker;
it does not modify parser extraction or engine resolution rules.

Evidence

Synthetic example:

context(task="example", source=True)

The source argument belongs to context. The previous tool-name matcher
did not recognize context, allowing the argument to be attributed to a
preceding tests mention.

The server's tools/list response was verified to expose:
context, impact, path, link, and tests.

Validation completed:

  • AXIOMCODE_NO_REFRESH=1 PYTHONDONTWRITEBYTECODE=1 python3 tests/mcp_docs.py
    — passed.
  • bash .github/scripts/version-gate.sh origin/dev
    — passed; all 10 version locations agree on 0.2.1.

Checklist

  • The three suites pass locally against the parser commit in .github/parser-ref
  • Any golden that moved is explained above
  • A fix validated on more than one shape, so this is not overfitting to one case
  • Labels set, including the front end (java / python / typescript)
