From 9efc7a94dc16ee34a35b1d55915b31b7c14a4566 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Josef Schlehofer Date: Fri, 6 Nov 2026 08:15:13 +0100 Subject: [PATCH] release v1.2.1 A security release: RUSTSEC-2026-0382 in rustls-webpki reached the crates.io build, and the other advisories on the v1.2.0 lock file are gone too. The release tarballs move from a compiled-in OpenSSL to rustls, which rejects a self-signed certificate that is its own trust anchor even with --ca-cert. The vendored-openssl feature is gone, and --features native-tls,native-tls/vendored builds the same thing. surge-ping goes back to 0.8.4, because 0.9.1 does not build on 32-bit PowerPC and MIPS, and upload connections buffer their writes again. --- Cargo.lock | 2 +- Cargo.toml | 2 +- 2 files changed, 2 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) diff --git a/Cargo.lock b/Cargo.lock index 9c45eec..011816a 100644 --- a/Cargo.lock +++ b/Cargo.lock @@ -705,7 +705,7 @@ checksum = "65cd87c9a6d60536580b316ad985726104730a5151c99845f2490428ef91240a" [[package]] name = "librespeed-cli" -version = "1.2.0" +version = "1.2.1" dependencies = [ "anyhow", "bytes", diff --git a/Cargo.toml b/Cargo.toml index a3cc8f9..b7261d7 100644 --- a/Cargo.toml +++ b/Cargo.toml @@ -1,6 +1,6 @@ [package] name = "librespeed-cli" -version = "1.2.0" +version = "1.2.1" edition = "2021" rust-version = "1.93.1" description = "Test your Internet speed with LibreSpeed"
