Subject: [PATCH] Temporarily disable ITS3 alignment-related stuff

This is needed to switch to newer version of GBL/Mille, which changed the
interfaces. Once the https://github.com/alisw/alidist/pull/6392 is merged, this
PR will be reverted and the new GBL/Mille interface will be used.
